Matthew Collins

Matthew established MAC in 2009 with a desire to provide a personal, client focused service for a range of construction projects. Prior to forming MAC, he worked for one of Jersey’s largest architectural practices, working across multiple sectors.
Matthew has nearly 30 years of experience in planning, building control and construction management in Jersey. As director of MAC, Matthew has overseen the continued growth of the company into an ambitious, multi-disciplined practice with a loyal client base.
Graham O’Halloran
Director, Architectural Technician
BA (Hons) Architectural Technology
Graham has 20 years experience working for several architectural practices in Jersey before joining MAC in 2013. He has a broad knowledge base in the technical design and detail of buildings across sectors.
Graham leads the technical team in the production of building control applications through to full tender and construction packages. He is also a qualified domestic energy assessor.
Bradley Hill
Associate, Architectural Designer
BA (Hons) Architecture
Bradley joined MAC in 2014 having first graduated from the Arts University Bournemouth with a degree in architecture before developing his skills at a large local development company. His background in art and design as well as joinery has provided him with a broad design and technical skill set.
Bradley is currently undertaking a diploma in architecture in pursuit of becoming a chartered architect.
Myles Winchester
Architect

Myles joined MAC in 2022 having previously worked at a number of local and international practices. He brings a wealth of experience across sectors having worked in London, Hong Kong and Philippines. He will be overseeing a range of upcoming residential and commercial projects.
Myles is also a member of the Association of Jersey Architects and will be acting as a RIBA diploma mentor to Bradley and Ben.
Sean Cornic
Architectural Designer
BA (Hons) Architecture
Sean originally joined MAC in 2012, and has worked intermittently between travelling and working globally. He graduated from the University of Portsmouth and has experience working in architecture in Jersey, Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
Sean specialises in both concept and detailed design and is skilled in 3D modelling and VR technology.
Kayleigh Shales
Architectural Technician

Kayleigh began her career in construction working as a structural technician for four years before moving to a local architectural practice.
Kayleigh joined MAC in 2016 with a degree in architectural technology from London South Bank University. She also a wealth of experience from nearly 20 years in the construction industry.
Ben Hacquoil
Architectural Designer
BA (Hons) Architecture
Ben has previously completed a degree in history and politics and worked as a construction site manager for a local contractor before transitioning into architecture.
Ben graduated from Manchester School of Architecture in 2021 and joined MAC later that year. He is an integral part of the design team and is also undertaking a diploma in architecture on the road to becoming a chartered architect.
William Coutanche
Architectural Technician
HNC Diploma in Construction
Will joined MAC in 2019 having previously worked in civil engineering. Since joining he has completed a HNC diploma in construction and is about to undertake a degree in architectural technology.
Will is now an established member of the technical team and is highly proficient in the production of building control and construction drawings, including SAP calculations.
Maria Da Rocha
Architectural Assistant
BA (Hons) Architecture
Maria joined MAC at the beginning of 2023 having graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in architecture.
She is currently assisting on a number of exciting upcoming design projects.
